I love your Abby Cadabby cake. Is that a rice paper transfer? Is it for sale? I’m committed to making an Abby cake for my great niece and she would be so excited.

Hi Pat,
Thanks for your interest in the Abby Cadabby cake. Abby Cadabby is not a rice paper transfer, but actually an image I created out of colored white chocolate. The technique is called flood work and is basically the practice of tracing a picture in chocolate. Once the chocolate hardens, you can safely transfer it to the cake. Sorry I couldn’t help, but good luck with your cake.
