I'm doing this cake for my goddaughter. she adores bears. i saw this cake i fell in love with it had blocks for the name and a bear made out of gum paste(i think)as the topper. i had purchased the powder kind gum paste but it seems too soft and i the color gel didn't come out as strong it just was stickier. i was thinking of moving to colored fondant. i'm at a lost of what to do now. help!
